Its objectives are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Scientific:<\/strong> Design, implement, and deployment of software solutions on a small and large scale in order to better collect\/aggregate data, produce information, discover knowledge and automate (all or part) the decision-making.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training:<\/strong> Share good practices.
